Medical Case Analysis

JLNC consultants provide concise and summarized medical case analysis reports informed by years of experience and knowledge of the standards of care.  This will help you highlight the significant medical events and clarify how they fit into the overall case analysis. JLNC will define the applicable standards of care for each case. JLNC will also help you identify and define the deviations, along with the areas of adherence to the applicable standards of care for each case.  By assessing the alleged damages and/or injuries a JLNC will identify factors that caused or contributed to the alleged damages and/or injuries in each case.

Chronology Report

A legal case chronology is a chronological and methodical arrangement of the various facts of a legal case that can be easily referred to when required. Such a chronology is very useful for attorneys during case presentation in court as well as in legal discussions. It equips legal professionals to navigate even the most intricate cases. A carefully prepared chronology by JLNC will enable effective communication among all the trial participants, and this will help achieve a favorable case outcome. Attorney’s who request this service will be able to present a strong argument in court, anticipate the arguments the opposite counsel may present, and ultimately secure a favorable judgment.

JLNC will research and analyze the validity and reliability of research studies relied on by all parties. JLNC can expand the attorney’s medical library.
